I have been Head Chef at The Navigation Inn since 2016, having originally run the Front of House.
Having had a number of great chefs before at The Navigation, I had been fortunate to learn a great
deal from them.
Initially thrown in at the deep end, I adapted quickly and feel like I have been able to make my own mark in the kitchen! I take great pride in my food, whether popular ‘pub fayre’ or more complex dishes. I use as much local, seasonal and ethical produce as possible when feasible.
I am also very proud of the range of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free choices we are able to offer
which are warmly received by our customers. Because I make almost everything myself, I can often
adapt dishes for customers and am always happy to have a chat about specific dietary requirements.
